Jewelry and diamond certificates

Eligible center diamonds are accompanied by IGI certification:

●   Round center diamonds: 0.30 carat and above

●   Fancy-shape center diamonds: 0.50 carat and above

●   Please check each product page for its specific certification details

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in SGD and include standard shipping and the import charges covered by LUMINARI.

●   Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability.

●   If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate remedy or refund.

Warranty and returns

We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in the jewelry setting, subject to the warranty terms explained below.

●   We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

●   If your item has a manufacturing defect, is incorrect, or does not match the agreed description, please contact LUMINARI for assessment and an appropriate remedy, without limiting your statutory consumer rights.

Website images, content and trademarks are protected. Thai law generally applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in the destination country.
