Not at all. Our showroom appointments are complimentary, with no obligation to purchase. Come in, explore, try things on, and see what feels right for you.
What can I try on at the showroom?
Our showroom features over 200 pieces to explore and try on, including lab grown diamond engagement rings, eternity rings, men’s rings, fine jewelry, and pieces available to purchase.
Can I request to see a specific piece?
Yes. If there’s a particular piece you’d like to see or try on, let us know when booking your appointment and we’ll do our best to have it ready for your visit.
Can I view loose diamonds during my appointment?
We have a selection of loose diamonds available to view. If you’re looking for a particular shape, size, or specification, let us know before your appointment and our team can prepare suitable options for you.
Can I discuss a custom piece during my appointment?
Absolutely. Bring along any references or ideas you love, and our team can talk you through the possibilities and help bring your piece to life.
How long does an appointment take?
Most appointments take around 45 minutes to an hour, giving you plenty of time to explore, try on different pieces, and ask any questions you may have.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available at our showroom.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course. You’re welcome to bring someone with you. Just let us know in advance so we can make sure there’s enough seating for everyone.
